Oh for the regrets with the bondmen! On no account does a Messenger come nearly them other than which they utilized to mock at him.
ءَأَتَّخِذُ مِن دُونِهِۦٓ ءَالِهَةً إِن يُرِدۡنِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُ بِضُرّٖ لَّا تُغۡنِ عَنِّي شَفَٰعَتُهُمۡ شَيۡـٔٗا وَلَا يُنقِذُونِ
So as an alternative to hanging out on social media till you drop asleep and drop the telephone, request the protection of Allah (ta’ala) with the verses of Surah Baqarah and head over to bed.
فَلَا يَسْتَطِيْعُوْنَ تَوْصِيَةً وَّلَآ اِلٰٓى اَهْلِهِمْ يَرْجِعُوْنَ ࣖ
وَاِذَا قِيْلَ لَهُمُ اتَّقُوْا مَا بَيْنَ اَيْدِيْكُمْ وَمَا خَلْفَكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُوْنَ
The messengers stated, ‘The evil omen is within yourselves. Why do you're taking it as an evil omen when you are reminded of the reality? That you are going too significantly!’

اِنْ كَانَتْ اِلَّا صَيْحَةً وَّاحِدَةً فَاِذَا هُمْ جَمِيْعٌ لَّدَيْنَا مُحْضَرُوْنَ
بس آپ تو صرف ایسے شخص کو ڈرا سکتے ہیں جو نصیحت پر چلے اور رحمٰن سے بےدیکھے ڈرے، سو آپ اس کو مغفرت اور باوقار اجر کی خوش خبریاں سنا دیجیئے
तब उन पैग़म्बरों ने कहा हमारा परवरदिगार जानता है कि हम यक़ीनन उसी के भेजे हुए (आए) हैं और (तुम मानो या न मानो)
Do they not see the number of Surah Yaseen for protection from enemies generations We now have ruined before them, none of whom will ever come back to them?
We shall surely elevate the dead to everyday living and We record whatever they did and also the traces in their deeds that they may have left guiding. We've encompassed that in a Clear Book.
سُبۡحَٰنَ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ ٱلۡأَزۡوَٰجَ كُلَّهَا مِمَّا تُنۢبِتُ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ وَمِنۡ أَنفُسِهِمۡ وَمِمَّا لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ
Suatu tanda (kebesaran Allah) bagi mereka adalah bahwa Kami mengangkut keturunan mereka dalam kapal yang penuh muatan.
